How to activate Spam filter on Plesk interface

  1. Log in in the https://pl01.webspacecontrol.com/ address with your Plesk account
  2. Click Mail Settings and at the top of the page that appears, click the Email Addresses tab
  3. Click on the email address of the affected mailbox to activate spam filtering
  4. Select the Spam Filter (last) tab at the top of the loaded page
  5. Check the Switch on spam filtering for this email address option
  6. Click OK button at the last step.
